tenpototo Banking: Deposit, Withdrawal and Account Wallet
This page covers every money operation your tenpototo account supports — from adding funds before a Liga 1 match to moving your balance back to your e-wallet after a casino session. We accept deposits and withdrawals through DANA, OVO, GoPay, and QRIS, all accessible from the Banking section inside your account after login. Before you make a move, check the minimum amount and wallet name fields shown on the deposit or withdrawal screen — these are pulled live from your account and reflect the current state at that moment. Verification is handled in the same account area: your identity and wallet ownership are confirmed once, and that status is visible on your profile page.
Verification is how we keep your account and balance secure. When you submit your identity documents through the Verification section of your profile, we confirm that the account belongs to you — and that the withdrawal destination wallet is registered in the same name. This step protects your funds from unauthorised access and ensures that withdrawal requests reach the correct wallet without delay. The verification status is shown on your profile page at all times. Complete it before your first withdrawal request to avoid any hold on your balance.
National ID Upload
Upload a clear photo of your national identity card through the Verification tab on your profile page. The name on the ID must match your registered account name exactly.
Selfie Confirmation
A selfie photo holding your ID is required to complete identity confirmation. Follow the on-screen framing instructions shown in the upload step for the image to be accepted.
Wallet Name Match
The name on your DANA, OVO or GoPay account must match your verified identity. Mismatched wallet names are the most common reason a withdrawal request is held for review.
Verification Status
Once approved, your profile page shows a verified badge. You do not need to re-submit documents for future transactions unless your account details change.
PAYMENT METHODS
Supported Wallets and Payment Channels
We support the payment channels most used by our account holders in Indonesia. Each method is available inside the Banking section of your account, with separate screens for deposit and withdrawal. The wallet you use for deposits does not have to be the same one you use for withdrawals, but the registered name must match your verified identity in both cases. QRIS gives you scan-to-pay access across a wide range of compatible apps. Where local law and eligible regions permit, all methods listed here are active.
DANA
Deposit and withdraw directly through your DANA e-wallet. The account number field in the Banking section accepts your registered DANA phone number. Name matching is required for withdrawal.
OVO
OVO transfers are supported for both deposit and withdrawal. Enter your registered OVO number in the wallet field on the Banking screen. Confirm the amount before submitting.
GoPay
GoPay is available as a deposit and withdrawal method. Your GoPay wallet must be registered under the same name as your tenpototo account for withdrawal requests to process.
QRIS
Scan the QRIS code shown on the deposit screen using any compatible app. QRIS is a deposit method. The amount is set before the code is generated, so scan promptly before it expires.
TRANSACTION RECORDS
Match Your Wallet Transaction to Your Account
Every deposit and withdrawal you make through tenpototo creates a record in two places: your e-wallet transaction history and the Transaction History tab inside your account's Banking section. When the amounts match but the status in your account still shows pending, the reference number is the link between the two records. Use it when you contact support so we can locate the transaction without asking for your full account details again.
Reference Number
Each transaction in your tenpototo account carries a unique reference number. Note this number from the Transaction History tab immediately after submitting — it is what support needs to trace any query.
Status Labels
Status labels in your account history are: Pending, Processing, Completed, and Rejected. A Pending status means the request is queued. Completed means the amount has moved. Rejected includes a short reason code.
Account Balance History
Your account balance updates when a deposit reaches Completed status. If the balance has not changed but your wallet shows a deduction, check the Transaction History tab for the current status label before contacting support.
Evidence to Keep
Take a screenshot of your wallet's transaction confirmation and note the tenpototo reference number. These two items together are enough for our support team to resolve any discrepancy without requesting additional documents.
ACCOUNT SECURITY
How We Protect Your Transactions and Balance
Security on your tenpototo account works at four layers: domain integrity, identity verification, wallet ownership confirmation, and a published support path you can reach any time a transaction looks wrong. None of these require you to share your password or full wallet credentials outside the secure account screens. If you ever receive a message asking for your login details through an external channel, do not respond — contact support directly through the link in your account dashboard.
Domain Check
Always access your account through tenpototo. Bookmark the address directly from your browser after your first login. Any link that redirects to a different domain before showing the login screen is not our page.
Identity Verification Layer
Your account's Verification section confirms identity once and records it against your profile. Withdrawal requests are only processed to wallets whose registered name matches that verified identity record.
Wallet Ownership Confirmation
We confirm that the DANA, OVO or GoPay number you add for withdrawals belongs to the verified account holder. This step prevents balance from being sent to an unregistered third-party wallet.
Support Contact Path
The support link in your account dashboard connects you directly to our team. Use the reference number from your Transaction History when you write in — this is the fastest path to a resolution.
ADDING FUNDS
Deposit Funds Into Your tenpototo Account
Adding funds to your tenpototo balance starts inside the Banking section — there is no need to go anywhere else. We support DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS for deposits, and each method has its own screen with the fields and minimum amounts shown at the time you open it. Before a Liga 1 match or heading into a live table session, this is the step that gets your balance ready. Choose your method, enter the amount, and follow the confirmation step on your chosen wallet's app. The balance reflects in your account once the transaction reaches Completed status in your Transaction History tab.
Open the Banking Section
Log in to your tenpototo account and navigate to the Banking section from the account menu. Select Deposit to open the method selection screen.
Choose Your Wallet
Select DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS from the deposit method list. Each method shows the minimum deposit amount and any wallet-specific fields to complete before proceeding.
Enter the Amount and Confirm
Type the deposit amount into the field shown. Review the total, then confirm the transaction. For QRIS, scan the generated code using your compatible wallet app before it expires.
Check Your Balance
Once the transaction shows Completed in Transaction History, your account balance updates. If the status is still Pending, wait and check again before submitting a new request.
MOVING YOUR BALANCE
Withdraw Your tenpototo Balance to Your Wallet
Withdrawing your balance back to your DANA, OVO or GoPay wallet follows a similar path to depositing, but requires one extra check: your account must be verified and the wallet name must match your registered identity before the request is accepted. Open the Banking section, select Withdrawal, and choose the wallet you want to receive the funds. The minimum withdrawal amount and the wallet name field are shown on the screen — fill these in exactly as they appear in your registered wallet. Once you confirm, the request moves to Processing status in your Transaction History tab. From there, the amount is sent to your wallet when the processing step completes. We do not publish a fixed processing window because wallet-side timing can vary.
Open Withdrawal Screen
Go to Banking in your account menu and select Withdrawal. The screen shows your available balance, the withdrawal method options, and the minimum amount for each.
Select Wallet and Enter Amount
Choose DANA, OVO or GoPay and enter your registered wallet number. Type the amount you want to withdraw, staying above the minimum shown on the screen.
Complete Identity Confirmation
If prompted, confirm your identity using the verification step shown. Your wallet name must match the name on your verified profile for the request to move forward.
Track in Transaction History
After submitting, your withdrawal appears in Transaction History with a reference number and a status label. Use the reference number if you need to follow up with support.
YOUR QUESTIONS
Banking Questions We Hear Most Often
These are the questions our account holders ask most when managing deposits, withdrawals and account verification. If your situation is not covered here, the support link in your account dashboard connects you directly to our team — share the transaction reference number when you write in.
Which wallets can I use to deposit into my tenpototo account?
We accept deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS. Each method is listed on the Deposit screen inside the Banking section of your account, with the minimum amount shown next to the method. Availability depends on local law and eligible regions.
What is the minimum amount I can deposit or withdraw?
The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are shown on the relevant screens inside your account's Banking section at the time you open them. We do not publish fixed amounts here because they can be updated — always check the live screen before submitting.
My deposit is showing Pending. What should I do?
A Pending status means the transaction is queued and has not yet completed. Do not submit a second deposit for the same amount. Note the reference number from Transaction History and wait. If the status does not update, contact support from your account dashboard with that reference number.
Why was my withdrawal request rejected?
The most common rejection reasons are: the wallet name does not match your verified identity, your account verification is incomplete, or the withdrawal amount is below the minimum. Check your profile verification status and the wallet name field, then resubmit with the correct details.
Do I need to verify my account before making a withdrawal?
Yes. Account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Upload your national ID and selfie confirmation through the Verification tab on your profile. Once approved, the verified status is shown on your profile and withdrawal requests can proceed.
Can I use a different wallet for withdrawals than the one I deposited with?
Yes, the withdrawal wallet does not have to match the deposit method. However, the name registered on the withdrawal wallet — whether DANA, OVO or GoPay — must match the name on your verified tenpototo account identity record.
